TheMillz

A Filtered Reality

Posted by TheMillz Mar. 4, 2008 @ 8:08 PM EST

So I pulled out another animation over the weekend, chronicalling the events in a strange dream I had one night. Before anyone jumps to any conclusions, I'm highly ( poor choice of words there... ) anti drug. No drinking either. I was sick, and had some cold medicine, but since when does Niquil give you freaky hallucinations?

Anyway , I'm offering 3 million dollars ( in another life :P ) to anyone who can interpret the messege the dream offers. So check it out in my flash entitled:

If you are offended by religion or Christianity, I am sorry. I am not trying to force anything on you, It's just the first perspective that fit this dream.

The trees are a symbol for life's barriers. You are stuck on a path wanting more, but the more is unattainable without the help of a greater force, which is why you see yourself in the third person. The person, (which is you, not the over looker) tries to continue on his own, but pain and struggles come into his life. The nets represent the impending fate of what might happen if you don't seek help. So you continue your life, trying to ignore the pain and continue on. The rain, or chill, is that there is a void in your life that you don't notice or feel, but you know it is there. Each net is small by itself, but pulled together is a lot on one's conscience. The gate is you accepting the higher power, giving you relief from the burdens of your life.
And the Lodge is the start of your run down life to begin to build a purpose.

This is just my opinion.
Hope I help somehow.

maybe your dream means something.
mexifry895's description sounds convincing, but I don't know you so I dunno.

I once had a dream I had a penis & it fell off. Does that mean anything?

First, I must warn you that I am a Christian and this is how I see your dream from a Christian viewpoint. If you are offended by that kind of stuff, don't read this review. I don't want to seem like I'm pushing this on you or anything.

OK so I'm not sure what the ending where you find the building means, but it seems to me that the road is your life. All the trees on the side that are all the same and stuff are all like the things that you do every day. Kind of like a rut you know. The nets are like bad things that happen in your life. And of course in the dream you don't like them, and you are afraid of them. That's pretty much how it is in real life. When you came to that post, it made you feel safe. That's like running to Jesus when you are scared. Jesus makes you feel safe. And without Him, you feel a certain emptiness inside, that only Jesus can fill. He gives meaning to your life. In the Bible, a guy named David wrote "The name of the Lord (Jesus) is a strong tower, and the righteous run into it and are safe." If you feel like your life is empty, all you have to do is pray a simple prayer, and ask Jesus to come into your heart. Now of course, your life won't all of a sudden become a bed of roses. But you will feel better, if you mean it. :)

That was really deep and mind warping, but hey if you want my opinion: The white figure would be your soul, or whatever you believe the essence of you is composed of. All the trees on the side of the road are the people on the road of life and the nets they protrude are they obstacles they set before you. The reason you feel the nets will come back when you stop is because giving up on the road of life wont make the nets (obstacles) go away. Not doing anything can only make problems worse. So you charge on breaking through the obstacles. The town isn't necessarily a place of salvation, maybe a place to find what your looking for in life. Such as a passion or goal. The post is reassurance that you have reached your goal, come to find out the building of hopes and dreams is empty and you must fill it with whatever drives your spirit. Maybe a family, or art from your mind, or all of the above. That's just a shot in the dark of what I think. Sorry it was so long, I didn't expect to go into that much detail.
